• Work in a clean, well-lit area away from drafts, pets, food, etc.
• Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, then dry with a clean towel or air-dry.
• Use alcohol wipes (70% isopropyl) on every surface you touch.
• Never touch the inside of the nasal spray nozzle, the tip of the syringe, or the broken ampoule opening with your fingers.
• Once reconstituted, store the bottle in the refrigerator (2 – 8°C) and use within 4 weeks.

What It Contains

• 1 empty 5–10 ml nasal spray bottle (clean & dry)
• 2 peptide vials (10 mg Semax + 10 mg Selank)
• 1-3 saline ampoule (usually 5–10 ml)
• 1 sterile syringe (3 ml or 5 ml insulin syringe recommended)
• 2–3 alcohol wipes
• Clean paper towel or tissue (optional)

Step-by-Step Reconstitution Instructions

1. Prepare your workspace
   Wipe down the table surface with an alcohol wipe. Lay out all items. Wash your hands again if you’ve touched anything else.
2. Disinfect everything
   Wipe the neck of the saline ampoule with an alcohol wipe. Let it dry 10 seconds.
   Wipe the rubber stopper of each peptide vial with an alcohol wipe. Let dry.
   Wipe the outside of the nasal spray bottle (especially the opening where you’ll insert liquid), and ensure the cap remains in a sterile environment.
   
3. Break open the saline ampoule
   Tap the top of the ampoule gently so any liquid in the neck falls back down.
   Hold the ampoule with both hands. Place your thumbs on either side of the scored line/dot.
   Snap the top away from your face and body (firm, quick motion). It should break cleanly.
   Set the broken top aside.
   
4. Pour most of the saline into the nasal spray bottle
   Carefully pour most of the saline into the bottle (leave ~1–2 ml in the ampoule for the next step).
   
   
5. Draw a small amount of saline to dissolve the peptides
   Take your sterile syringe. Insert the needle into the remaining saline in the ampoule.
   Draw up as many units of saline (enough to easily dissolve one vial at a time).
   Tap the syringe to move any air bubbles to the top, then gently push the plunger to expel the air (do not squirt saline back into the ampoule).
   
6. Dissolve the first peptide vial (e.g., Semax)
   Insert the needle into the Semax vial at a 45° angle, aiming for the side wall (not directly into the powder).
   Slowly inject the 25–50 units saline along the inner wall so it gently runs down onto the powder.
   Remove the needle.
   Gently swirl or roll the vial between your palms until the powder fully dissolves (usually 30–90 seconds). Do not shake vigorously — this can denature peptides. Leave both peptides for around 5 minutes to fully dissolve.
   
7. Transfer the dissolved peptide back to the nasal spray bottle
   Draw the entire contents of the Semax vial back into the syringe.
   Insert the syringe into the nasal spray bottle opening and slowly push the solution in.
   Repeat steps 5–7 for the Selank vial (use fresh saline from the ampoule or the bottle if needed).
   
   
8. Prime the spray
   Disinfect opening and nozzle once again, then replace the nozzle securely.
   Point the bottle away from your face and pump 3–5 times until a fine mist appears.
   
9. Clean up & store
   Dispose of the syringe, needle, broken ampoule, and wipes safely (sharps container if available).
   Label the bottle with the date reconstituted (e.g., “Reconst. Feb 11, 2026 – Use by Mar 11”).
   Store in the refrigerator (2–8°C). Swirl gently before each use.
   

Final Tips

• Always start with 1 spray to test tolerance (some people feel mild nasal tingling the first time).
• Typical dose: 1–3 sprays per nostril, 1–3 times daily (morning and/or early afternoon).
• Never share the bottle or reuse syringes.
